We are currently seeking a well-rounded, detail oriented and flexible individual to join our expanding Client Service team as a Software Support Analyst. The primary responsibility of this challenging role is to support clients with all hardware and software related issues.
The software support analyst position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Business Support:
- Provide solutions to client inquires in a timely manner
- Support the Client Service team with daily activities
- Assist with product development and client customizations
- Work with development team to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide clients with best business practices utilizing TNR Solution™
Technical Support:
- Assist with software installation and MS SQL Server setup
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and networking
- Extranet web portal design, creation and support
- Support internal IT with network administrative duties
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years relevant work experience with client support and IT
- BA/BS in Business/IT
- Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Well organized and detailed oriented
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team under time pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
