TNR Solution™ includes two General Ledger options. Our internal General Ledger allows users to set up their chart of accounts and automatically track all debits and credits to each account and create all corresponding financial statements from within TNR Solution.
Our GL Link functionality allows users to interface with an existing chart of accounts and external general ledger of their choice for every investing entity administered in the system. It allows users to import a chart of accounts from their existing third party General Ledger package and map all transactions generated in the software to these accounts. Periodically, these transactions are exported to a firm's existing General Ledger package within the framework of package's chart of accounts.
The General Ledger functions may be used across TNR's General Partner, Limited Partner and Fund of Funds systems.

Allows users to change their GL package on the fly for specific funds
Allows for periodic posting of transactions, period lockdowns, and full reporting. Users can also un-post entries for correction purposes
Gives Internal GL users the ability to write and print checks for expenses through the TNR system
Generates all GL reports and financial statements, including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Operations, etc.
